Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Operational draft. This policy describes how www.e4la.org works today. It is a baseline draft that has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and is not legal advice. Items still awaiting owner or counsel confirmation are listed at the end of this page.

1. Who we are

E4LA — Evolve for Los Angeles (“E4LA,” “we,” “us”) is a strategy and creative consultancy based in Los Angeles, California, operated by E4LA LLC. You can reach us at info@e4la.org.

2. Information we collect

Vision Strategy Session booking. When you book a session, the booking is submitted to our server with: your name, your email address, the session type, the date, time and your time zone, the focus areas you select, and any text you choose to enter about your goals, challenges, desired outcomes, previous attempts, priorities or notes.

The booking form may also offer optional fields such as phone number, company, role, how you heard about us, and file attachments. In the current version of the site these are kept only in your browser session and are not transmitted by the booking submission. We will update this policy if that changes.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Website measurement. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 on our public marketing pages (home, services, our work, about) to understand how the site is used. This collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and interactions: starting the booking flow, moving between booking steps, completing a booking, and clicking an email link. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text answers to Google Analytics. Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_SKDGBTXKH1.

Browser storage. While you use the booking form, your progress is saved in your browser’s session storage so you can move between steps. It stays on your device.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site, and Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and performance information.

3. How we use information

4. Advertising

We do not run advertising on this site. We have disabled advertising storage, advertising data sharing and ad personalization in our measurement setup, and we do not use remarketing or Google Signals.

5. Service providers

We use the following providers to run the site and the booking process. They process information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies:

6. Cookies and your choices

Analytics runs by default and the site does not currently display a cookie banner. You can limit measurement by using your browser’s controls to block or delete cookies, or by using Google’s browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the site or booking a session.

7. Retention

We keep booking and email information for as long as needed for the purposes in section 3 and to keep ordinary business records. We have not yet defined fixed retention periods (see pending items below).

8. Your requests

You can email info@e4la.org to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. The site is not directed to children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
