Terms of Service
Operational draft. These terms describe how www.e4la.org and the Vision Strategy Session booking work today. They are a baseline draft that has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and are not legal advice. Items awaiting owner or counsel confirmation are listed at the end of this page.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.e4la.org (the “Site”), operated by E4LA — Evolve for Los Angeles (“E4LA”), run by E4LA LLC. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Paid client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, not by these terms.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas that are not intended for you, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else without permission.
3. Content and intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, graphics and other original materials belong to E4LA or its licensors. Names, logos and marks of other organizations shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear to describe work or collaborations. You may not copy or reuse Site materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Information on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, financial or other advice for your particular situation.
4. Vision Strategy Session (session policy)
The Vision Strategy Session is a one-to-one strategic advisory session. As described on the Site, it is a single standalone session of 60 minutes held over Google Meet, offered at no cost and with no obligation to purchase additional services. It is not an ongoing coaching program.
- Booking. Choosing a date and time and confirming the booking creates a Google Calendar event and sends an invitation to the email address you provide. Please make sure it is correct. A time may become unavailable before you confirm.
- Recording. Sessions are not recorded by default. If you would like a recording, tell us when you book so we can arrange it.
- Follow-up. As described on the Site, after the session you receive a written summary and recommended next steps.
- Changes and cancellations. To reschedule or cancel, email info@e4la.org as early as you can.
- Your information. How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
The session offers perspective and recommendations. We do not guarantee any particular business result.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on and links to third-party services (for example Google, Cloudflare and Resend, and websites of organizations we have worked with). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimers and limits
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, E4LA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: info@e4la.org.

- Exact legal entity name and address, and any assumed business name.
- Governing law, venue and dispute-resolution wording.
- Rescheduling and cancellation rules, including any no-show policy (section 4 currently directs people to email).
- Final limitation-of-liability and disclaimer wording.
- Whether the standalone session terms should be shown in full at booking in place of this page.
